Each participant has been provisioned a Windows Virtual Machine on Google Cloud Platform with Tableau Desktop installed. You will be able to access your VM using a Remote Desktop client

Windows normally has the Remote Desktop application installed. Apple Mac users will need to install Remote Desktop from the Apple Store from this link https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-remote-desktop-8-0/id715768417?mt=12

You may also have Chrome RDP Plugin installed and can be used to connect to the VM

With all clients, it is advisable to have the screen work in Full Screen mode as your Tableau lab experience will be better.
