Step 3 - Goto Google Cloud

The the URL window go to the following URL

http://cloud.google.com

Copy and paste the address into the Incognito Window and press Enter

Now if you have the top of the screen look like this with the project set to mrkl-workshop-dev, then skip to Step 8
